I had an average experience with Pinpoint Collective. The website navigation was easy to use, but I found the overall design to be a bit outdated. The customer service was satisfactory and they responded promptly to my inquiries. However, the delivery time was longer than expected. Overall, I would consider trying other companies before returning to Pinpoint Collective.
