This place changed my mind and opened my eyes to what a dealership should be. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Walking through the front doors, I was immediately greeted with enthusiasm and welcomed like family. And then I met Suzi G.. this lady... makes the experience feel like you're hanging out with the best friend you never knew you had. Her ability to make time seem irrelevant and her knowledge base was incredible. (To say the least and keep this review short-ish) I truly can't say enough good things about her. Upon discovering the bike and moving forward, the dreaded "dealership" process was anything but. Thank you for that Suzi Garcia! This stand up gal kept it smooth, easy, and hella fun. Thanks to the parts department I feel more than confident in knowing anything I need for my Harley- they seriously have me covered. I'm looking forward to working more with these guys. And when it comes to the service department, they're as real as they get. All of these guys have years of experience so I know, it'll be the first and last place I go for anything I need done. Moving on to MotorClothes, I was welcomed by a couple of angels, these girls will undoubtedly have you covered and protected from your head to your feet if you let them. You should let them ;) Moving on.. What should have been the worst thing about this entire experience is filling out all the paperwork, dealing with insurance and taking care of the financial part, So not the case- Suzi Garcia in the business department made things unimaginably smooth and easy, quick and painless. From my heart I thank you all. You honestly changed my life.
