I had a chance to eat at Circa at Dupont and it was an average experience. The food was good, but nothing special. The service was decent, but not outstanding. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice though, with comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe. Overall, I had an okay time at Circa at Dupont.
