I have been a customer of Netshapers, inc. for a while now and I must say, their service is average. They have some good features, but there are definitely areas where they can improve. The website design could be more modern and user-friendly. The support team is usually helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say they are an okay company.
