I had a mixed experience with Narcissist by trade....

I had a mixed experience with Narcissist by trade. The customer service was excellent, but the product quality was lacking. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the product I received did not meet my expectations. Despite this, the company was quick to address my concerns and provide a refund. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
