I recently tried Allegro Coffee Company and was blown away by the quality. The flavor was exceptional and the coffee had a smoothness that is hard to find. I appreciate that Allegro focuses on sustainability and fair trade practices. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, but I believe it's worth it for the taste and the company's values.
