As a customer of Online for several years, I have to say that their service is average. While they have decent internet speeds and a good selection of TV channels, their customer support can be quite frustrating. The wait times to speak with a representative are often long, and when you finally get through, they are not always able to resolve the issues. Overall, I would say Online is just okay.
