I ve been coming here for quite some time and I m usually impressed with their customer service and quality of a car wash but my most recent experience was not pleasant. I purchased the Freedom Wash and typically I do a quick inspection once my car is finished in case something is missed (no one is perfect and that s okay) but my friend was with me and became uncomfortable with an employee that was looking at her and then as we were trying to leave he tapped on the window and tried asking for her name, no mask on right in the window I would like to add, she politely said she was married and he persistently kept asking for her name until I tried to drive away. Once gone we started to realize how little was clean inside and out. Dog hair was left on all the seats, my window was sprayed but not wiped down, large amounts of dirt were collected on the outside near the doors, and the rear window looks worse than when I went in. I hope this was just a fluke because I ve been coming here for so long.
