I have been a customer of The 50plus for a few years now and I must say their service has been average at best. While they do offer a good range of products for seniors, their customer service leaves much to be desired. They are often slow to respond to inquiries and don't seem to value their customers. The website design could also use some improvement as it feels outdated. Overall, I would rate my experience with The 50plus as average.
