I had an average experience with Gala casinos ltd. The customer service was satisfactory and the games were alright. However, I was not impressed with the overall ambiance of the casino. It lacked the excitement and energy that I was expecting. The staff was friendly but could have been more attentive. Overall, it was an average experience.
