Massappeal inc. is an average company. Their website [massappeal.jp](http://massappeal.jp) is quite simple and easy to navigate. However, I feel that their customer service could be improved. I had an issue with one of their products and it took quite a while to get a response from their support team. Overall, my experience with Massappeal inc. was just average.
