Very understanding! They were able to keep the car until I had cleared out my garage in order to store it safely. And on the first day, after purchase, I drove it to work and was unable to start the car to drive home. They sent a very patient technician out to help me with not extra cost. As it turns out it was my error and the auto gear box just needed a little wiggle to be in neutral when starting the car. Thank you for coming to my rescue!!
