The attention by your staff to children was excellent from the get-go. Reception was fantastic, with your crew going out of the way to interact with the children(with goodie packs) and letting them knowing of the wonderful facilities. Service at the bakery, buds, splash zone and swimming pool were fantastic. Please keep it up.

The only one poor point was the crew in charge of festive baking - he was unattentive to safety (asking children to stand on a stool to wash their hands) and did not facilitate the baking session in any innovative way...other than to hand them the dough and a model of done kit.
