Anytime is great! They are absolutely open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I have been to the gym after work, late evenings, and varies times on Sundays. You have your own key card to get in ANYTIME you want, just have to go to the right door. I love the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful and they are NOT in your face trying to sell you something all the time, like other gyms I have been to in the area. Come as early and leave as late as you want, but no, there is no one there to babysit you after dark. They do however have safety necklaces there to wear when you are all alone and the door ONLY opens for members after office hours. Safe, friendly environment with lots of unique gym toys to play with. LOVE IT!
