Poor quality services and customer service almost non-existent compared to the benefits paid the high price: we were forced 1 relocation the day before our departure at 18:30 in a hotel of the same chain following our emails sent to the agency indicating them that our hotel booked in the Dominican Republic was largely renovated, so 1 important part of the benefits would not be insured. So lack of information to customers when selling services and lack of responsiveness from the agency and the Tour Operator. No excuse or commercial gesture, we will no longer address this agency for our future trips.
