I recently had some grinding work done by a company, and I must say, the experience was not great. The website was informative, but the customer service left much to be desired. They were slow to respond to my queries, and when they did, the answers were vague and unhelpful. The quality of the work was okay, nothing exceptional. I wouldn't actively recommend them to others.
