The emergency room and the hospital are a disaster...

The emergency room and the hospital are a disaster, disorganized staff (only a few are capable and I am sorry that others fall under a bad grade). Experience, mom waits for medrol infusion for 1 hour, despite the appointment, while 2 sisters do not know what to do with themselves and walk down the hall up and down, no crowds, empty waiting room .. I think every nurse could know how to connect the infusion and I am very disappointed with the organization and training. Unfortunately, this is not the only bad experience I have had and I really want them to be more responsible and have real knowledge.
