As a CUSTOMER, I have found Ethico India to be an average company. The products they offer are decent, but nothing exceptional. The website is user-friendly, and the ordering process is smooth. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. I had an issue with a product, and it took them a long time to respond and resolve the problem.
