44 Diamonds is an average company. I recently purchased a diamond ring from them and the quality is decent. However, the customer service could be better. The staff was not very knowledgeable and seemed uninterested in helping me. I had to ask multiple times for assistance and they were not very responsive. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
