Overall, my experience with New travel zone was average. The car rental process was smooth and the vehicle was in good condition. However, the customer service could have been better. I had to wait for a long time to pick up the car and the staff seemed disinterested. They could also improve their communication as I had to call multiple times to confirm the reservation. Nevertheless, the rates were reasonable and the car served its purpose.
