As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Bonsai Lawns is an average company. The quality of their services is okay, but nothing exceptional. They are prompt in taking care of my lawn, but I have noticed a few missed spots here and there. Overall, I am satisfied with their work, but there is definitely room for improvement.
