I recently booked a trip with SN Travel and I must say it was average. The booking process was smooth and the website was user-friendly. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The agent was not very helpful and didn't seem to know much about the destination I was interested in. The trip itself was okay, but I've had better experiences with other travel companies. Overall, an average experience.
