Very unprofessional experience with Brinkman Surveying LLC. I spoke with Jim over the phone for an estimate, and when I asked if there was any possibility of a price reduction, he hung up on me. That kind of rude and dismissive behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with potential customers. If this is how Jim represents the company, I would not trust them with my business. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or courteous surveyor.
