The company staff aren't very responsive. Been waiting for a return call for more than 2 weeks while leaving multiple voice mail and sending multiple email for a call back. Repairs and paper work aren't very transparent. The community buildings are in bad shape. Unprofessional on the phone and definitely did not listen, communicate, and care about their customers like what they stated on their website.
