I have been a customer of Schukai gmbh for a while now and I must say they provide an average service. Their website schukai.com is easy to navigate and has all the necessary information. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my queries. Overall, my experience with Schukai gmbh has been average.
