I recently tried some poffertjes at a food festival and they were absolutely delightful! The mini pancakes were light, fluffy, and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The staff at Poffertjes on tour was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to have them again!
