I recently bought a car from Germain Ford of Beavercreek and had a good experience overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a decent selection of cars to choose from. The sales team was not pushy, which I appreciated. However, the financing process took longer than expected, and I feel that there could have been better communication in that area. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase but think there is room for improvement.
