I have been working with Pheon systems for over 2 years and my experience has been average. The company has a friendly work environment, but the management lacks strong leadership skills. There have been times when important decisions were delayed or not made at all. However, the team is talented and dedicated, and we have managed to deliver good results despite the challenges.
