I have been a customer of Smith Whiley & Company for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate, and they provide all the necessary information about their products. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. I have had a few issues in the past, and it took a while to get a response from their team. Overall, a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
