I was getting ready to contact Habitat Hunters for some help with selling a house and saw some of the reviews, so I decided to leave one myself. I've used Habitat Hunters twice (worked with Jeff both times) with an excellent experience each time. I bought a $500K business in 2000, and my house in 2006. Jeff was great to work with, easy to get a hold of/VERY quick to respond back to me. He gave solid advice and direction. He is a unique person that he's a real estate lawyer, and a realtor (the fact is there aren't many out there). I've recommended HH to people several times over the years to many people. I've also called them several times over the years with quick question and they have always squared me away, no hesitation asked. I've of course dealt with "common" realtors over the years, and that has has been fine. But those have been situations where a "regular" realtor was already involved in the transaction, otherwise I would always choose to deal with HH. Just my honest two cents.
