I was making my selection on value of service and price. It came down to 2 and Russel's won out because they could get the job done sooner, and they had a much better warranty on the duct work that needed to be done along with the inside and outside units. Russel's said they could start the next day, and since it wa a Friday, they would send out 2 crews so they could complete the job in one day. I half expected they would have excuses about rain, etc and string the project along over several days. Was I wrong. They showed at 8:00 am and left at 5:30 pm and during that time they worked like a precision machine to protect my home, professionally install the work contracted, and totally clean-up after themselves to the point that it looked like they never worked in my home. During thet time, the team was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I am a raving fan!
