Pretty good place, frustrated because I payed over 240 bucks for them to replace my laptop's base/keyboard. Initially wanted them to just run it through their cleaner, I can tell they didn't because I kept the old keyboard/base and the keys on it are still sticky. The one they replaced it with is great but I have to take it back apart because they forgot to hook up the LED's for the charge and airplane mode lights in my keyboard. The whole reason I took it to them is so I didn't have to tear back into it for a 4th time since my house is in Boise and I'm staying up here for a few weeks. But they replaced it like they said they would, everything else on the keyboard is functional, all other electronics that were okay (motherboard, graphics card, screen, etc) are still okay and the guys were pretty friendly.
