Lighthouse yoga is an amazing studio. The instructors are incredible and create a supportive and inclusive environment. The classes are challenging but also accessible to all levels. The studio space is beautiful and provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I love the variety of classes offered and have seen significant improvements in both my physical and mental well-being since starting yoga here. Highly recommend!
