Franks Bicycles is an average company. Their website franksbicycles.com is well-designed and easy to navigate. I purchased a bike from them and it arrived on time. However, the quality of the bike is not up to my expectations. The brakes squeak and the gears don't shift smoothly. I had to take it to a local bike shop to get it adjusted. Overall, I would say Franks Bicycles is just average.
