Northern Bear is an average company. Their website northernbearplc.com is quite informative and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and the representatives did not seem knowledgeable about their products. Overall, I was not very impressed with my experience with Northern Bear.
