I had an average experience with Itp partners. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a long time to receive a resolution to my issue. Overall, Itp partners is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement in their customer service department.
