I am a regular customer of Inter telecom com. equip. comunic. and I must say that their service is average. The website intelecom.com.br is easy to navigate and the products are of good quality. However, their customer support can be improved. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response. Overall, I would rate them as average.
