I am so grateful to have found Om yoga. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The classes are challenging yet accessible, allowing for growth and progress in my practice. The inclusion of emoji in their instructions adds a fun and creative element to the classes. The studio atmosphere is serene, making it a perfect place to reconnect with oneself. Highly recommend!
