I have been practicing yoga for a while and decided to try Bikram Yoga Rancho Bernardo after hearing great things about it. The studio did not disappoint! The instructors are skilled and provide excellent guidance throughout the classes. The studio is clean and has a peaceful atmosphere that helps me relax and focus on my practice.
