I went in today with the thought of buying a Kia Sportage SX. I was presented with a very nice gentlemen named Alton. Let alone, you would think someone would ask want to get to know u a bit, maybe show u a few cars, but as soon as I walked in and was sat at the table, I never left that table as it all became about my credit score, me as a number. I went thru a horrific almost fatal car accident 4 years ago and credit buerau had missed posted some information. I was literally in shock that this man whom is a sales manager, didn t even attempt to make a call to these creditors with me, they simply shot me down. The best part is, I have been a member of USAA for 27 years. They thought odd that they were offering me 12% interest with actual underwriting not to mention that the SUV I was looking at was $29500 online but $40000 in house.

It s sad that people in a community that doesn t have my income, savings to put down, my payment record, or stature, would fault me like that. Especially not doing research to realize information was correct.

Well I got my 3% financing thru USAA on another dealership for the same car for 12,000 less.
Made some reports. Guess certain dealerships might want to watch themselves.
