I haven't had the best experience with the Ravenscroft Homeowner Association. Communication has been lacking, and it can be frustrating trying to get a response or clarification on certain matters. The community is well-maintained, but there have been times when issues haven't been addressed promptly. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
