I had a mixed experience with Switchboard. While the website is okay and the concept is good, I found the platform a little difficult to use. There were some issues with loading pages and it took a while to find the service provider I was looking for. However, once I connected with a service provider, the experience was good. They were professional and did a great job. So, overall, I think there is some room for improvement, but the service quality was excellent.
