The experience I had with A Formal Affair was overall positive. I rented a dress for a wedding, and the selection was impressive. The dress I chose was beautiful and received many compliments. The only minor drawback was the delivery time, as it took a bit longer than expected. However, the customer service team was apologetic and offered a discount for my next rental. I appreciate their effort to make things right and would consider renting from A Formal Affair again.
