I have been a customer of Fox-it for many years and I must say that their services are average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, the overall experience could be improved. The response time for customer support is decent, but there have been instances where it took longer than expected to get a resolution. I appreciate the efforts they put into security, but there is room for improvement in terms of speed and efficiency. Overall, Fox-it is a decent company, but there are definitely areas they could work on.
