Excellent service, always respond quickly to any queries, and easy to arrange meetings whenever necessary. Their advice is always carefully explained, and appears to be good, after some 18 months of them handling my pension. All this does not come cheap of course, and while it is difficult in this field to be certain you are getting value for money, on balance it is probably worth it
