I recently went on a tubing trip with Zen Tubing, Inc. and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall trip was just okay. The river was a bit crowded and the tubes were not very comfortable. I suggest going on a weekday or earlier in the day to avoid the crowds.
