I recently used Grey Wire Technical Support for a laptop repair. The technician was knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. However, I was not completely satisfied with the overall customer service experience. The staff seemed indifferent and lacked empathy. I expected more from a company with such a good reputation. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.
