I recently purchased a car from Morristown Ford, and while the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, the overall experience was just average. The selection of vehicles was decent, but there were a few issues with the one I chose. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I would consider Morristown Ford again in the future, but with some reservations.
