I have mixed feelings about Puget Sound Innovation...

I have mixed feelings about Puget Sound Innovations INC. While some of their products are excellent, others have not met my expectations. The customer service is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
