I recently had the opportunity to work with this property solutions company and overall, my experience was average. While they did deliver the service I needed, it felt like there was room for improvement in certain areas. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. However, I found the communication aspect lacking. Response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, and at times, I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. The quality of work provided was decent, but not outstanding. It would be great to see more attention to detail and a higher level of professionalism. Although the company met my basic requirements, I believe there is potential for them to improve and provide a more exceptional service.
